(To be said when problems arise or when one seems to be deprived of all visible help, or for cases almost despaired of).

O GLORIOUS APOSTLE St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered thy beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused thee to be forgotten by many, but the Church honors and invokes thee universally as the Patron of Hopeless Cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me who am so helpless and alone. Make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege granted to thee to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of Heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, but in particular, that ...(Here make your intention) and that I may praise God with thee and with all the Saints forever.
I promise thee, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor and never cease to honor thee as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power gratefully to encourage devotion to thee. Amen.

I have prayed to St. Jude numerous of times of need. He has never failed me yet. No matter how difficult my requests have been, he has always come true for me and I will always keep him as my special patron. If you should find yourself in difficult times and need guidance and help, I urge you to pray to St. Jude. He perform miracles and he answeres your cry for help quickly. Dear St. Jude, 9-12-08. My husband is already 1 month here in the Philippines and so far our being together isn’t as “stormy” as I thought it would be. I want to thank for hearing my prayer with this intension. My debts are still as huge as that of before because of my foolishness and yet God showed me great mercy through your intercession and I’m still a free person. Although I already received a letter requesting my presence to attend a discussion with regards to my debts. Today is the ninth day of my novena concerning my son getting employment. During my novena he was referred to a job through his earthly angel, his instructor. On the 8th day he had an interview. This is what I requested from you that you would send an earthly angel to look over his resumes and or job applications and select it for an interview. I ask that your earthly angel(s) be there at the interview. My son informed that he knew one of the interviewers from class. I ask that the Holy Spirit speak for my son at the interview. My son informed me that the interview went well and it was a short interview. Then I ask You to let my son get the job so that he will be a giver and a blessing to those who are in need, not just to make a living. So he can fullfill God's Will of those who work. My name is Siobhan Martinez. I have always considered St. Jude my patron Saint. I have been saying this novena 4 2 consecutive times now but I don't think I have published it correctly. My situation is for my request to grant that the love of my life & I straighten out our problems so we can restore & salvage our 18 year relationship thus far. We were to marry 7-7-07 but that didn't happen because we started having problems. What I pray to St. Jude for is that Jovan Barbu, even though we seem to still somewhat be together still, fall back in love with me. That he forgives me for past mistakes. I would love for St. Jude to ask our lord & savior to have Jovan want to spend his time with me again, that we return to a mutual respect, mutual compassion, mutual love & that he goes back to treating me well again. That our relationship is restored to a happy, committed, loving long-lasting life together where we once again reside together & work on getting married. Two weeks ago, I prayed to St. Jude asking him for the reconciliation with my fiance. Because I was really desperate for an immediate answer, I did a one day novena to him. Nine St Jude Novenas every hour for nine hours straight. I started the novenas at 4:00 pm and finished at midnight. When I was through with my novenas, I went to bed. At 4:00 am, my telephone rang and it was my fiance telling me that he missed me and he wants us to get back together. I was overjoyed. St. Jude came through for me again. No matter what your request is, have faith in St. Jude. He always answers all requests without fail. I encourage every one to pray to St. Jude in their time of need, when things are out of control, and they need assistance and guidance, and he will come through for you. Hello my name is Nick and I just recently finished the Novena Prayer this past Sunday. After realizing all my problems, it has felt like a weight off my shoulders since I began speaking to St. Jude. I have realized that I need to become closer to my religion and God, and to not take for granted the life that I have been given to enjoy. I honestly feel so much better since reaching out by saying my prayers and visiting church on a regular basis, and I look forward to doing so in my future. I have only recently got to know about you through the internet and articles in the news paper where people have thanked you for helping them.

Please hear my prayer. I desperately need your help. I ask you please to do all in your power to help me get out of my situation that is really destroying me.

I am financially in a desperate situation where I am not earning enough money to pay my bills and live a decent life. This has cost me my marriage and created a lot of anxiety and worry and I am physically and mentally exhausted and I don’t know what to do.

Please St Jude be my guide. Please take my plea to our Lord Jesus Christ and ask him to help me in my business to create a sound sustainable financial income. To create a situation where I am able to earn a regular income or to find a job that I will be employed and earning an income.

I don’t know how to pray a Novena and hope that I am doing this correctly. Please forgive me if I am not, and guide me in the right direction.

I am truly desperate St Jude and feel I am going down hill. I can’t seem to get myself out of my financially crippling situation. Please guide me and show me some sign of what I can or should do to solve my problem.

My testimony: I know a young man whose life is headed in a very bad direction. He is divorced and not able to set a good example for his 4 year old daughter because his life is so awful. He's unable to pay child support, cannot support himself, he's been arrested for drinking, and ticketed for public urination. This young man has lost his way and no one knows how to help him. His family doesn't like to invite him to get togethers because he cannot behave himself. Then, I found this novena on line and prayed it for the first time. The first day after the novena ended was Thanksgiving day and this young man came to dinner and he was sober, and he was charming. I asked in prayer to St. Rita, to help this young man have an epiphany, to turn his life around and lead a righteous life that would be acceptable to Our Lord, Jesus Christ. I believe he will and that St. Rita helped. Thank you, St. Rita, for your dedication and strength and especially for your desire to help your fellow man when things seem to be hopeless.

Thank you St. Rita - through the power of your intercession I have my daughter. I prayed a 9 day novena to you right before her conception & 9 months later she was born - she is beautiful, healthy & perfect. Dearest St. Jude, I continue to pray to you to help heal the relationship between my husband and his sister. Please help him to release the anger and hatred that continues to brew in his heart. Help him to see that his anger hurts the ones that he loves most dearly. He doesn't see it. I pray to you St. Jude and will continue to pray to you for guidance. I was in utter despair due to a job change. I made a poor decision and felt helpless. I began a nine day novena to St. Jude concurrently with a nine day novena to St. Joseph. Within two days of completing the novenas, help came and a window opened for me. I am eternally grateful for the intercession of St. Jude and St. Joseph.

Please publish my Thanksgiving for the novena to St Jude Version 1. I have completed by novena, and I humbly beg of you to have my petition for a financial blessing granted.
